From "The Carnival Collection" many years back!
 
This piece has been stored away since I moved, and has been kept for a few years but is still in good, wearable condition. The tips of the green have a tad bit of "age stains" due to the glue but is not noticeable until you scrutinise it up close.
 
Nonetheless, a gem.
